A STUDENT WHO DOES NOT TAKE A LESSON FROM HOCHA WILL BE ILLITERATE.

At that time, the combined military units of the Armenians in Karabakh, military units from Armenia and the 366th Russian motorized infantry regiment stationed in Khankendi under the leadership of General A. Tadevosyan began to attack Khojaly. As a result, 613 Khojaly residents were killed, including 63 children, 106 women, 70 elderly people, 8 families were completely destroyed, 25 children lost both parents and 130 children lost one parent.

The same result was drawn by the National Hero of Azerbaijan Chingiz Mustafayev and conveyed to the whole world at a press conference in Moscow.

But what was happening in Khojaly during that attack? On the instructions of my late father, I made the feature film XOCA in 2012. The film is based on the events, interviews with 250 Khojaly residents and 2,700 pages of documents. I made the film in the genre of expressionism, which originated in Germany, which lost World War I in the early twentieth century and lost its lands and was deeply depressed.

It is these moments that showing the film on ITV has a deep socio-educational and historical meaning. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire ITV staff, including the head of ITV, Mr. Balakishi.

In addition, I would like to thank our other ambassadors around the world, including our Ukrainian Ambassador Elmira Akhundova, who showed the film Khoja!

Today, the film Khoja will be shown free of charge in all Baku and Ganja cinemas - so on behalf of myself and my family, I would like to thank the directors and staff of all Park Cinema and Cinema Plus Cinemas for their patriotic positions!

May God bless our Martyrs and Victims, including Chingiz Mustafayev, who brought this tragedy to the world.
